Retirement Plan + Company Match
We offer a 401(K) Retirement Plan to eligible employees to supplement any existing retirement benefits by saving and investing through voluntary salary contributions. Contributions and any earnings on contributions are tax deferred until money is withdrawn. Paybotic offers a 3% company match, based on your annualized base salary, and offers an array of investment election options to chose from; a vesting schedule is associated with the plan to encourage longevity with the organization.
Commission and Bonus Opportunity
Paybotic has adopted a pay for performance model, and incentivizes members to exceed sales quota, and eligible participants are subsequently paid a commission when sales targets are achieved. Parallel to that, employees are eligible for a 10% bonus, based on their annualized salary, and discretionary subject to company and individual performance.
Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Holidays, and Bereavement Leave
Paybotic offers twelve (12) days of Paid Time Off, which increases with tenure, plus we offer a generous sick leave program, allowing time away for appointments, and wellness visits. Paybotic observes 10 Federal Holidays, and provides 2 Floating Holidays a year, for staff to use at their discretion. Lastly, should a loved one perish, Paybotic affords time to attend to personal matters, and offers support.
