Make the intro
Refer a licensed cannabis business that isn't a current or former Paybotic customer.
They sign & launch
Your referral signs a 12-month contract, completes onboarding, and starts transacting.
You get paid
Once they hit 100+ transactions/month for 3 consecutive months, you earn $1,000.
Eligibility requirements
What qualifies as a credited referral?
All four criteria must be met before a referral payment is issued.
Licensed cannabis business
The referred party must hold a valid cannabis business license and operate legally in their jurisdiction.
New to Paybotic
The referral cannot be a current or former Paybotic customer at any point prior to submission.
12-month contract signed
The referred business must execute a minimum 12-month service agreement with Paybotic.
100+ transactions for 3 months
Must complete at least 100 transactions per month for 3 consecutive months with no interruption.
Compensation details
How referral payments work
Referral payments are issued only after a referred business is approved by Paybotic, successfully completes onboarding, and meets all transaction milestones.
Payments are awarded on a per-business or brand basis — not per location. Multi-location operators count as a single referral regardless of how many locations onboard.
There is no cap on eligible referrals. Earn $1,000 for every qualifying business you refer, provided all requirements are fully met.
Program terms
Important details to know
Current and former Paybotic employees, contractors, and agents are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
Paybotic reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and approve or deny any referral at its sole discretion.
Paybotic may modify the terms of this program or terminate it at any time without prior notice to participants.
Referral payments will only be issued for confirmed Credited Referrals that satisfy all eligibility requirements in full.
